The terms that apply when you book a tow or roadside call with us.
Last updated: August 28, 2026.
These terms apply when you request towing or roadside assistance from Omar's Towings, whether you call (657) 527-4061, text us, or submit the form on this website. They are deliberately short. Nothing here removes any right you have under California law.
Omar's Towings, a California limited liability company operating under USDOT 3974435 and California Motor Carrier Permit CA 621476, dispatching from 301 W Valencia Dr, Fullerton, CA 92832 across Orange County.
We quote a price before we dispatch a truck, based on what you tell us: your location, the destination, the vehicle, and the situation. That quote is what you pay, with one honest exception — if the job on arrival is materially different from the one described (the vehicle is in a stacked garage rather than a driveway, it is on its roof, a second truck is needed, the drop-off has moved across the county), we will tell you the revised price before we start work. You can decline at that point and owe nothing.
Prices quoted on this website are typical ranges for planning, not offers. The number we give you on the phone is the number that counts.
ETAs are genuine estimates, not guarantees. We give you our best read of traffic and truck position at the moment you call, and we would rather tell you 45 minutes and mean it than tell you 15 to win the job. Freeway closures, weather, and police or fire control of a scene are outside anyone's control. If our ETA slips materially, we will tell you, and you are free to call someone else.
Please remove valuables before we load. We are not able to take responsibility for personal property left inside a vehicle.
You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to have it moved, and that you are entitled to have it delivered to the destination you have given us. If a vehicle has pre-existing damage, modification, a non-standard ride height, an aftermarket or disabled drivetrain, a discharged or damaged high-voltage battery, or anything else that affects how it must be loaded, tell us when you book. We can almost always work with it — but only if we know.
We carry motor carrier insurance for damage caused by us in the course of a tow. Certificates are available on request before a job. We cannot accept liability for damage that results from a condition you knew about and did not disclose.
Payment is due when the job is complete. We take cash, debit, and all major credit cards. We do not store card details on this website. If your insurer or motor club is covering the tow, we will give you a detailed invoice to claim against, but the contract for payment is between you and us.
Cancel before the truck is dispatched and there is no charge. If a truck has already been sent and is en route or on scene, a call-out charge may apply to cover the run. We will always tell you where in that process you are if you ask.
We are a light-duty operator. We tow cars, SUVs, pickups, vans and light commercial vehicles on flatbeds. We do not tow semi trucks, buses, or large RVs, and we do not perform involuntary or private-property impounds. If your job needs a rotator or a heavy-duty outfit we will say so on the phone rather than waste your time.
The guides and articles on this site are general information written from operating experience, not advice for your specific situation. In an emergency, your safety comes before your vehicle: get clear of live traffic and call 911 first if anyone is in danger. How we handle information you send us through this site is set out in our privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and towing in California is additionally regulated by the CHP and the California Public Utilities and Vehicle Codes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under those.
